Was lead facilitator for Real Time Strategic Change retreat involving over 200 people at the Office for Civil Rights of the US Department of Health and Human Services.
Consulted on long term organizational change interventions incorporating multiple methods including strategic planning, plus team facilitation skills training at the National Museum of American History.

In addition to those listed in the "Training Highlights" section, serve as a member of the editorial review board for the Organization Development Practitioner: � Journal of the Organization Development Network. Since 1976, have been a full-time organizational trainer and consultant, working primarily with departments and agencies of the US Federal Government. Also am a certified Executive Coach from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and clients have included executives at the NRC as well as the Federal Communications Commission, Federal Highway Administration, and National Institutes of Health.
